The Feynman showcases two residents’ lounges equipped with kitchens – along with a pool, a (small) aircraft-carrier-sized deck, sprawling gardens and several pergolas – these features all located on the roof with spanning views of the Sky Tower, the Waitakere Ranges, the Waitematā harbour and the bustle of Ponsonby below.
Fluid were engaged by Ockham Residential to complete the full building services design of The Feynman Apartments.
