Our work encompassed the complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring that every apartment and shared facility operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably. By providing detailed modelling, coordination, and integration of services, Fluid ensured the building systems support both the residents’ comfort and the architect’s vision, delivering a modern living environment that is as functional as it is inspiring.
