Erica holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and brings over 15+ years of experience in building services design. A master of technical engineering, her attention to detail is second to none. She has successfully delivered projects across healthcare, commercial, education, and retail sectors, combining deep technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Mick is a highly experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer with over 20years’ experience in New Zealand and the UK. Micks experience has covered the full range of projects. He has a strong healthcare background delivering various projects across New Zealand whilst also working on schools, correctional facilities, MOJ developments, etc.

Paul has an aptitude for engineering and a vision that supports the management of water resources for effective design and documentation of Hydraulic Services for all types of buildings. With 13+ years as a qualified Plumber and Gasfitter, Paul is an essential asset to the team who can provide expertise and guidance on all projects related to water supply and drainage systems.

Warrick is our detail-driven BIM Manager, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in the trade industry, along with extensive experience at Fluid in the building services sector—a valuable asset to our team. His practical knowledge and proactive approach ensure no challenge is too complex. Warrick has contributed to some of New Zealand’s largest projects, including the City Rail Link, where he excelled in delivering highly coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

Marc is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a background in construction, maintenance, and management of residential and commercial buildings with a heavy focus on the HVAC discipline in NZ. Marc is a welcome addition who has an abundance of experience in designing as well as installation – mostly on-site – which allows him to bring his practical knowledge to accommodate our clients’ needs.
