Paul is Fluid’s project lead; he is on the ground running the team and keeping the daily operations of our projects moving smoothly. Paul has an Electrical background with over with over 13 years in the industry and brings a hands-on experience to designing practical solutions to the majority of these projects.

A registered Chartered Professional Engineer also holding IntPE, CMEngNZ, and a BE(Mech), Kin brings over 30 years of building services engineering experience to the team.

Paul has an aptitude for engineering and a vision that supports the management of water resources for effective design and documentation of Hydraulic Services for all types of buildings. With 13+ years as a qualified Plumber and Gasfitter, Paul is an essential asset to the team who can provide expertise and guidance on all projects related to water supply and drainage systems.

Erica has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and over 10 years experience as an Electrical Building Services Engineer across all sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Retail.

Lawrence is an experienced MEP Draftsperson, with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 15 years’ experience within the local New Zealand and global oil and gas, processing plant and engineering sector. He has expertise in mechanical and piping design, developing 3D models, and producing 2D drawings for fabrication and construction

Mick is a highly experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer with over 20years’ experience in New Zealand and the UK. Micks experience has covered the full range of projects. He has a strong healthcare background delivering various projects across New Zealand whilst also working on schools, correctional facilities, MOJ developments, etc.
