At Fluid, we deliver mechanical engineering services for all building types—from commercial developments and schools to multi-residential and healthcare projects. Our designs are tailored to suit each client’s purpose, budget, and building use, with a strong focus on constructability and compliance.

With both design and trade experience, our in-house mechanical engineers understand what works on site. We use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to ensure our systems integrate seamlessly with the architectural and structural design, avoiding coordination issues and rework.

We collaborate closely with mechanical contractors throughout the design process to ensure clear communication, smooth handovers, and buildable outcomes. All designs are developed in accordance with New Zealand codes and standards, ensuring full legislative compliance.
