Fluid offer full building services as a package deal. We take the designs and produce a Revit model detailing all of these services. From there, a set of plans will be compiled for each discipline. This process takes the hassle of services collaboration away from the client.
MECHANICAL 
Fluid provide mechanical engineering for all building types. From commercial buildings to multi residential, we can meet any project requirements. Our designs are built around the clients needs with budget and purpose being a priority. Fluid will work with the mechanical contractor during the design process to ensure all parties are kept up to date with the design. We provide a professional service with knowledge of New Zealand codes and standards – ensuring the designs or advice you receive meets New Zealand legislation requirements.
ELECTRICAL

HYDRAULIC
Coming up with the most practical and cost effective hydraulic design solutions when planning water and gas services for building projects can be a complex and problem ridden task. Our hydraulic engineers have over 25 years’ experience in the plumbing, gas fitting and drainlaying trade itself. Their specialist experience puts them at the forefront of innovative design solutions for hydraulic design . Their focus – and a key motivation behind Fluid’s success – is to ensure the plumbing design step is seamless for Architects, Construction Companies and Clients.
BIM
Fluid pride themselves on being at the forefront of technology, Fluid produce their plans using Autodesk Revit. Throughout the design process, the designs are collaborated in house with architecture, structure, and other building services using Autodesk Navisworks. These programs allow the designers to walk through the building prior to construction commencing, this is a proven way to reduce unforeseen errors.
Fluid also have experience with online collaboration programs including Autodesk360, Newforma, and Aconex.
