STEP 1:
Firstly, we sit down with our clients to discuss their design project. We talk about the objectives, category use, and local authority guidelines and obligations, budget and timings.
STEP 2:
We then use this information and the concept plans to design a logical, innovative, cost-efficient hydraulic, mechanical and/or electrical system that considers installation ease and timings thar meet the client’s brief.
STEP 3:
When our plans are finalised, they can be issued to Council for consent, passed on to an architect to incorporate into the overall project design plans, given to qualified tradesmen to quote for installation.
STEP 4: (Optional)
Our plans are designed with implementation in mind – we have considered the easiest and most cost efficient way of installing each commercial plumbing system. As a result, we are often asked to work onsite as consultants, overseeing the installation and monitoring efficiency, workmanship and timings.
