Fluid were engaged to design the Hydraulic and Mechanical plans for the apartment blocks for the Hamilton Village. This village is currently under construction and is perfectly positioned on River Road, bordering Featherstone Park, overlooking the Waikato River in Hamilton. The village will provide a lifestyle option to suit everyone, including townhouse and apartment living, assisted living in a serviced apartment and the very best of resthome, hospital and dementia care. The amenities will include an all-weather bowling green, heated indoor swimming pool and spa, gym, beauty and hairdressing salon, movie theatre, library, and even a café. The Linda Jones Retirement Village is due to be completed 2020.
