The Murray Halberg Retirement Village is well into construction now. New Zealand’s largest retirement village operator bought the Tropicana Estate, an 8.9ha block of land only 10km from the CBD with fantastic views across the Manukau Harbour, and are transforming the site into a resort-style retirement village which will provide much-needed retirement amenities for the nearby suburbs of Hillsborough, Lynfield and Blockhouse Bay in Auckland. Fluid were engaged by Ryman to design the Hydraulics and Mechanical plans for this extensive project. Once completed this will occupy up to 600 residents.
