MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark is your main contact for Fluid, he is the Managing Director and has extensive knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling). Using Revit software, Mark and the team produce comprehensive 3D representations of building services and in-turn construct the building services before the site works have even begun.
Lajos Nemedi
PRINCIPAL BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER
Lajos is a specialist mechanical and hydraulic building services engineer. He has an MSc in Building Services Engineering and he is a Green Star Accredited Professional.
With almost 20 years of experience, Lajos has covered a huge range of areas including commercial, educational, healthcare, museums, correction facilities, defence force, swimming pools, industrial buildings and laboratories.
Paul has come on board with Fluid as it’s Electrical Consultant. As a registered electrical inspector and electrician, with over 13 years in the industry. He brings hands on experience to designing practical solutions to any electrical requirement.

Kieran is a company Director and combines his broad industry experience and strong relationships to deliver exceptional plumbing design service to all Fluid clients.
Ali Alsaud
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Ali has worked extensively in the HVAC industry throughout New Zealand. Ali has valued experience in producing practical and cost effective designs to meet the clients expectations and design objectives.
Lisa Gibson
ACCOUNTS & OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Lisa manages all the financials and office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently.

Warrick is our ‘Yes Man’ and has an abundance of practical experience in the trade industry that spans over 20+ years which is a proven asset to our BIM team.
