Fluid completed the 3D modelling for Form Developments in conjunction with the Architects and Engineers, to collaborate all services and structure to ensure an efficient and accurate build.
“The client wished to design and deliver a high specification apartment building to downtown Tauranga. The apartments were to be built over six levels (plus basement level car park) with many offering stunning views of the harbour and out to Mauao. Prestigiously located on the harbour and surrounded by parklands, the building was always going to be special.
The six level building includes an entry lobby and basement and podium car parking. Befitting its landmark location, Latitude was designed to a high specification, with architectural finishes, large suite windows, and Alucobond and Nuwall cladding.
The building offers a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments, including large penthouses on the upper floors. Interior finishes and fitouts are of a premium standard, catering to the growing luxury apartment market.
