Keahi Rise is a thoughtfully designed development of trade units and offices, brought to life through a partnership between the original landowners and Classic Developments. Situated on land that was once a pumice quarry within the Tauriko Business Estate, the site’s unique levels and contours presented a particular challenge: buildings needed to be carefully designed to retain the upper areas, with infrastructure requiring robust reinforcement.
Classic Developments, in collaboration with CBC, managed the project from concept through completion, bringing in specialist expertise where required. Fluid was engaged to deliver the hydraulic design for the development, ensuring that all plumbing, drainage, and water systems were carefully engineered to suit the site’s challenging conditions. Our team worked closely with the broader project team to integrate reliable, efficient, and practical hydraulic solutions that not only met regulatory standards but also complemented the development’s functional and aesthetic objectives.
By combining innovative hydraulic engineering with a pragmatic, buildable approach, Fluid ensured that the infrastructure supported the long-term performance and usability of the Keahi Rise buildings—helping to create a commercial environment that is both practical and resilient.
