Situated in Papamoa, Bay of Plenty. The client’s brief was to develop a premium retail facility for the local community. Felton Commercial Development will provide eight tenancies for café and retail as well as associated parking.
Fluid were engaged by Form NZ to complete the Hydraulic design component to this project. The building consists of an interesting mixture of claddings including Nu Wall and Masonry feature panels. Precast panels were used to provide the structure of the build with architectural shop front joinery and features complimenting the customer facing elevations. Construction commenced in March 2021 with the project on track for completion in November 2021.
