Fluid designed the hydraulics for the Aleyska development. This is a new, mixed use development on Tawa Street, Mount Maunganui. The most striking feature that First Principles Architects created is the patchwork screen to the Tawa street elevation. Both practical for shading the glazed facade behind creates movement and interest. The development incorporates spaces for Retail, office, warehouse and a Gym. Fluids design included stormwater, sewer, sanitary and water reticulation.
