17th Avenue Business Park is located opposite the Historic Village in Tauranga. When development first began on this site, this location was considered out of town, however, due to the considerable growth in Tauranga and it’s close proximity to the Tauranga hospital, this area is now prime real estate for a lot of commercial businesses.
Fluid completed the Hydraulics and H1 report for the Tauranga DHB within the 17th Ave Business Park. Being in such close proximity to the Tauranga hospital has made it an ideal location for the DHB and the added bonus of the 200 vehicle capacity carpark for Tauranga hospital as well as a number of other healthcare connected industries to situate themselves.
