Located opposite the Historic Village in Tauranga, 17th Avenue Business Park has transformed from a once “out-of-town” development to a prime commercial hub, benefiting from Tauranga’s rapid growth and its proximity to the Tauranga Hospital. The area has become an attractive location for a wide range of commercial and healthcare-related businesses.
Fluid was engaged to complete the hydraulics design and H1 report for the Tauranga District Health Board within the business park. Our work ensured that all water, drainage, and plumbing systems were efficiently designed and fully compliant, supporting the operational needs of the DHB and other healthcare facilities.
The development also includes a 200-vehicle capacity car park, enhancing accessibility for Tauranga Hospital staff, patients, and visitors, and making the business park a key hub for health-connected industries. By delivering practical and reliable hydraulic solutions, Fluid played an essential role in enabling the functionality, safety, and long-term performance of this strategically important site.
