Fluid were proud to complete the Hydraulic design for 80 Parton Road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development is located in Papamoa and within walking distance of the beach, local schools and parks and designed thoughtfully to fit into its place. This project features a North East facing aspect, spread over two levels comprising first floor office accommodation, five ground floor retail spaces and a unique cafe tenancy. Cleverly designed to allow for directional flow of traffic movement and provide 40 carparks for customers\/client and staff.
